	How to use the Tuna Tool:
The Tuna Tool is used by charter boats and marinas all over the country. Recently the charter fleet in Hawaii has started using Capt. Ron's Tuna Tool!	Step 1 Using a standard fillet knife; cut around the perimeter of the fish. It does not have to be fancy cut, just make sure to cut completely through the skin.
Step 2 Pull back small flap of skin near the head and insert the skin into the tool.	Step 3 Start cranking the tool in the direction of the tail and the skin will begin to peel back easily.
Cut out preferred loins of the fish, flip, and repeat process.	It's that easy!
